Term of service
Please provide detailed information about the project (brief) as clearly as possible, such as character details, poses, clothing, accessories, etc., to ensure mutual understanding and smooth progress.
(For creative or Omakase-style work, no revisions will be allowed once the project begins.)
If there are additional requests or changes that were not included in the initial brief after the project starts, an extra charge will apply based on the details added (e.g., intricate accessories, changing outfits, changing characters).
For works intended for commercial use, the price will increase by 2x from the original price (please notify this in the brief).
After the brief is finalized, a 50% deposit of the total price must be paid upfront, and the remaining balance will be paid upon project completion. The deposit is non-refundable once the project begins.
However, if we choose to cancel the project, the deposit will be fully refunded.
After the project agreement and delivery of the sketch for review, you may request up to 3 revisions. For any additional revisions, extra fees will apply depending on the complexity of the requested changes. Minor revisions will not incur additional charges.
The project will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately.
As a rule, .PSD files will not be provided upon project completion. If you would like to receive the .PSD file, there will be an additional charge of 59$ per file (this must be requested before the project begins).
For works intended for commercial use, the .PSD file will be included with no additional charge.

How to order
Briefing
Character Scale: Specify the scale of the character you wish to commission.
Reference Images: Provide references (character details, poses, etc.).
Number of Characters: Include any specific or additional details.
Background: General / Scene (with reference) / None.
Image Size: Specify dimensions (pixels/inches) and resolution (default is 300 dpi).
Original File: Do you require the original .PSD file?
Confidentiality: Should the project remain confidential? Can the artist post the artwork as a sample for commission promotion?
Working Process
Once the client has submitted the project details (brief) for the artist to evaluate the price, a 50% deposit of the total price must be paid to reserve the slot and start the project.
After the project details are finalized, the artist will provide a sketch for the client to review. Clients may request up to 3 revisions to ensure the work aligns with their requirements. Any additional revisions will incur extra fees at the artist’s discretion.
The estimated completion time for each project is approximately 2-3 weeks or depends on the complexity of the details provided in the brief, but it will not exceed 1 month.
Once the initial draft is completed, the artist will send it to the client for review to identify any adjustments needed. Clients may request up to 3 revisions at this stage as well. Additional revisions will incur extra charges, as determined by the artist.
When no further adjustments are required, the project will be considered fully completed, and no additional changes will be allowed once the project is finalized.
The completed work will be delivered via Google Drive or Email. Files shared via Google Drive will only be stored for 1 week, after which the artist will delete the files.
